Thomas Freeze Obituary

Thomas Wayne Freeze, 74, of 940 Cobbs Knob Road, Axton, Virginia passed away on Monday November 6, 2023 at Lewis Gale Medical Center, Salem Virginia.

Born September 13, 1949 in Danville, Virginia he was the son of the late James Asa Freeze and Doris Hendley Freeze. He was married to Florence Hensley Freeze, who survives.

In addition to his wife survivors include one daughter Ashley Hensley; two sons William Freeze and David Hensley (Kristi Hensley); one sister Kathy Ludwick (Lewis Ludwick); four grandchildren Ty Freeze, Marcus Hensley, Morgan Hensley, and Merick Hensley; one great-grandchild Amariah Brooks; nephew Damien (Jinny) and family; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday November 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM at First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
