Steve Allen Jones

Steve A. Jones 71, of Danville VA, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Mountain Valley Hospice Center in Yadkinville, NC. He was born on November 05, 1954, to the late Dirk Jones and Frances Wimbush Jones. He was married to Priscilla Jones, who survives.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers Larry Jones, Terry Jones and John Wimbush.

In addition to his wife survivors include one daughter Harchelle Roberts (Thomas); three sons Tory Coleman Sr., Anthony Keene (Brittany), Pastor Patrick Keene (Alesia); one sister Sharon Jones; one brother Barry Jones; two special grandchildren Londyn Keene and Mikael Williamson; host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends and family at the residence: 148 Oakwood Circle, Danville, VA 24541 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only from 4-7 pm.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 1pm, at Mt Carmel Baptist Church, 300 Terry Avenue Danville, VA. Interment will follow at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM.
