Samuel Martin Moore, 57, of Danville, Virginia passed away Sunday August 18, 2024, at his residence.

Born May 4, 1967, in Danville, Virginia, he was the son of the late Robert "Bobby" Moore and Betty Jean Moore, who survives.

In addition to his mother survivors include one daughter Casey Pottorff and her husband Brandon Pottorff; one brother Donald Moore; fiancé Loretta "Tink" Marshall; grandchildren Alaska Pottorff, Lane Hammock, James Hammock, Alaina Hammock, Chloe Hammock, Liam Hammock, River Hammock, and Kady Wadell; lifelong friend Tommy Fleming; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by one brother Chris Moore (C. Moore).

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 4 P.M. at Danville Memorial Gardens. A Family visitation will be held at 3 P.M. prior to service at Danville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
