Ronald Bruce Horton, Sr., 75, of 1152 N. Main Street Apt. 4 Chatham, Virginia passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at his residence.

Born April 22, 1948, in Danville, Virginia he was the son of the late William Horton, Sr. and Mary M. Horton.

Survivors include one daughter Sharon L. Horton of Danville, VA; two sons David S. Horton (Belinda) and Ronald B. Horton Jr. (Angie) both of Danville, VA; one brother William Horton, Jr.; four grandchildren Aaron, Rodkita Reeves, Dasia Horton, and Sheree Horton; four great-grandchildren Aaron Horton Jr., Amir Judson, Chase Horton, and Shanice Horton; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one stepson Robert R. Carden.

Family will receive visitors at the home of his daughter Sharon Horton, 405 Moffett St. Danville, Virginia

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 3 PM at Wilson Funeral Services.
