Muriel LeVonn Reed

Muriel LeVonn Reed, 59, of Danville, Virginia passed away Wednesday January 14, 2026, at Sovah Health Danville.

Born August 24, 1966, Danville Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James Reed and Frances Tucker Reed.

Survivors include seven sisters Rita Gardner, Frances Adams, Glenda Deshazor (Morris), Renita Snowten (Fredrick), Robin Edmonds, Roberta Reed, Jacqueline Coles; two brothers Larry Reed (Vera) and Gerald Reed Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one sister Essie Joseph and one brother Howard Reed.

The family will receive visitors at the residence 521 Timberlake Drive Danville Virginia starting on January 17, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. daily.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 21, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. at Vance Street Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be private.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
