Lyman Martin Green, 72, of 81 Parrish Road Danville, VA, passed away, Tuesday January 4, 2022, at his residence.
Born March 18, 1949, in Brooklyn New York, he was the son of the late Lyman M. Green and Dorothy Valrie. He was married to Lydia A. Green, who survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Latasha M. Green; two sons, Lyman M. Green and Lyonel M. Green; two sisters, Leona B. Valrie and Lynda P. Valrie; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Lamont Valrie and Lawrence Valrie.
A memorial service will be held in New York at a later date.
