Lucille (Bruce) Wilson

Lucille Bruce Wilson, 86, of Danville, Virginia passed away peacefully Thursday October 10, 2024, at Sovah Health Danville.

Born April 27, 1938, in Pittsylvania County, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Gena Bruce and Jannie Bradley Bruce. She was married to the late Clarence Wilson.

Survivors include one son Clarence Wilson, Jr.; one sister Jannie Bruce Williams (Michael); a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three daughters Donita Wilson Price, Vanessa Dale Morris, and Patricia Ann Wilson; two sons Ronald Wilson and Ronnie Wilson; four sisters Lois Bruce Gunter, Ethal Pounds, Betty Anderson, and Geraldine Bruce; and six brothers Buster Bruce, Willie Bruce, Roger Bruce, Horace Bruce, Sylvester Bruce, and Ellis Bruce.

The family will receive visitors at 611 Arlington Road, Danville Virginia

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday October 16, 2024, at 1 P.M. at The New Beginning of the Hunger and Thirst Ministry. Interment will follow in Highland Burial Park. A visitation will be held on Tuesday October 15, 2024, from 4-6 P.M at Wilson Funeral Services.
