Linda Chandler Douglas, 68, of 600 Main St. Apt 104, Danville, VA, passed away, Thursday, July 15, 2021, at Lynchburg General Hospital, Lynchburg, VA.

Born August 19, 1952 in Danville, VA, she was the daughter of the late James Royal and Katherine Chandler Artis. She was married to Kirk Douglas, who survives.

In addition to her husband, survivors include one daughter Laurette Jones of Danville, VA; one son Naman Chandler of Danville, VA; three sisters, Paula Harris, Jacqueline Rodgers, and Cheryl White all of Danville, VA; four brothers, Tommy Chandler and Larry Chandler both of Danville, VA, Joseph Rodgers of Reidsville, NC, and Kenneth Rodgers of Fairburn, GA; one grandson Jeremiah Williams of Danville, VA and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Walter Chandler and Carl Chandler.

Family will receive visitors at the residence of her brother Larry Chandler at 761 Memorial Drive Apt #2 Danville, VA.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 1 PM from Wilson Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be private.
