Karen Denise Jones

Karen Denise Jones, 57, departed her life on Tuesday December 26, 2023, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born November 16, 1966, in Emporia Virgina, she was the daughter of Sarah L. Jones and Willie L. Jones.

She will be best remembered for her love for her family, parties, creativity, Cooking, compassion, and overall personality. She Loved her children and family she enjoyed cooking, partying, and shopping. She was a great caring, loving and strong person. She fought for over a year dealing with the battle of cancer and refused to give up until she could not anymore. By her side was her four children, Shanika Lunsford (Future daughter in-law), Alicia Gamble (niece), Linda spencer (sister), and Sarah L. Jones (mother).

She leaves behind her four children (Daughters) Lakeisha Davis, Sarah Jones, and her wife Terra Jones (Sons) Donnell Jones and his fiancé Shanika Lunsford, and Demetric Davis and his wife Summer Davis. Her three grandchildren Dania Davis, Ava Jones, and Xyla Jones. (Mother) Sarah L. Jones and (Father) Willie L. Jones; sisters Linda Spencer Jones, and Cathy Vazquez; and her loyal best friend and Baby father William D. Davis; nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. She predeceased two sisters Lisa Gamble, and Kim Philips and her son Randy L. Jones.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2023, at 12PM at Wilson Funeral Services Chapel.
