Johnson Henry

Johnson Henry, 88, of Danville, VA passed away Saturday October 25, 2025, at Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Born August 9, 1937, in Brookneal, VA he was the son of the late Pearlie Henry and Laura Green. He was married to Barbara Hamlett Henry, who survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter Carol Jones; one son Richard Hamlett; one brother Shirley Henry; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two daughters Arlene Stovall and Malinda Clark; four sisters Rudy Hancock, Mary M. Pannell, Mary Bertha Crider, and Lelie Hancock; and one brother William Henry.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 1, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. at Wilson Funeral Services Chapel. A visitation will be held thirty minutes prior to the service.
