John Jerry Harden, 67, of Danville, Virginia passed away Tuesday August 20, 2024 at his residence.

Born August 23, 1956 in Danville, Virginia, he was the son of the late Carlton Junior Harden and Mary Louise Lumpkin Harden.

Survivors include one sister Janet Harden-Bradley (Roger); four brothers Anthony Harden, Kevin Tyrone Harden, Garry Lamar Harden, and Carlton Melvin Harden; stepdaughter Angela Byers; stepson Terry Ferguson; special friend Lakia Venable; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive visitors at the home of his brother Anthony Harden 226 Grant Street between 4 P.M. and 7 P.M. only

 Services will be held on Saturday September 7, 2024, at 1 P.M. at Wilson Funeral Services. Interment will be held at a later date.
