Jerry Ann Price Slade, 65, of 319 Kemper Road Danville, Virginia passed away Friday November 29, 2024 at her residence.

Born March 18, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Warren Price Sr. and Virginia Ann Lea Price.

Survivors include one daughter Latoya Slade; two sons Brad L. Price Sr. (Taleita) and Barry J. Slade Sr, (Kylita); three sisters Sandra Walters, Kimberly Price, and Sabrina Price; two brothers Benjamin Price Jr. and James Price (Katy); twelve grandchildren Akira Carter, Korrianna Watkins, Kinzlee Carter, Brajah Price, Brad Price Jr., Bradley Standfield, Ariel Price, Aidan Price, Tristan Slade, Barry Jermaine Slade Jr., Tory Coleman Jr., and Tynia Chattin; one great- grandchild Yassin Coleman; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by one brother Kevin D. Price.

The family will receive visitors at the residence and at the home of her daughter 1108 Greenwood Ave.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 7, 2024, at 1P.M. at Bible Way Cathedral with Pastor Dr. Philip Campbell, Eulogist. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park. A visitation will be held on Friday December 6, 2024, from 4-6 P.M at Wilson Funeral Services and Cremation, Inc.
