James Courtney Hughes

James Courtney Hughes, 51, of Danville, Virginia passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024, unexpectedly in Brunswick County, Virginia.

Born November 16, 1972, in Danville, Virginia he was the son of the late James U.G. Hughes and Cynthia Diane Hughes, who survives. He was married to Antoinette Hughes, who survives.

In addition to his mother and wife, survivors include two daughters Cierra Hughes, and Kyra Hughes; one sister Kimberly Hughes; one brother Michael Hughes (Victoria); one grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The family will receive visitors at the residence 462 Williamson Road Danville, Virginia daily from 2-8 pm only.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday August 9, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at White Rock Baptist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service from 12:00- 1:00 P.M.
