Gladys Denise (Robertson) Hayes

Gladys D. Robertson Hayes, 63, of 148 Andes Drive, Danville, VA, passed away, Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC.

Born August 2, 1957 in Pittsylvania county, VA, she was the daughter of the late Walter Wesley Robertson and Bernice Frances Robertson. She was married to Willie Hayes, who survives.

In addition to her husband, Willie Hayes, of the residence, survivors include one daughter Latoya Robertson, of Danville, VA; two sons Christopher Robertson and Corey Robertson, both of Danville, VA; six sisters, Cecilia Arnold, Sandy Moron, Louella Stone, Brenda Stone, Vanessa Reeves, and Janice Robertson all of Danville, VA; four brothers, Donald Martin, Jessie Robertson, Walter Ricky Robertson Sr., and Gregory Robertson, all of Danville, VA; three grandchildren, Jhasiyah Robertson, Gakoria Robertson, and Steven Ferguson; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Barbara Fitzgerald, Mary Coleman, and Joan Hill; and two brothers Alvin Robertson and Jerry Robertson.

The family will receive visitors at the residence, 148 Andes Drive, Danville, VA. Mask are required.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday April 10, 2021 at 3 PM from The Remnant Church of Power.  A viewing will be held on Friday April 9, 2021 from 4-7 PM at Wilson funeral Services & Cremation, Inc, mask are required.
