Evelyn Jean Turner

Evelyn Jean Turner, 78, of Danville, Virginia passed away Friday June 20, 2025, at Duke University Hospital.

Born December 19, 1946, in Pittsylvania County, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Beverly Turner and Lucy Clarke Turner.

Survivors include one daughter Crystal Turner (Barksdale) and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one daughter Jamila Chastity Turner.

The family will receive visitors at 122 Skylark Court Danville, Virginia from 4-7 P.M. 

Services will be held on Saturday June 28, 2025, at 11 A.M. at Shockoe Missionary Baptist Church.
