Doris (Thompson) Harvey

Doris Thompson Harvey, 81, of Danville, Virginia peacefully passed away Thursday October 24, 2024 at her residence.

Born September 18, 1943, in Danville, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Wesley Dewey Thompson and Edna Florence Hall Thompson. She was married to Ralph Harvey, who survives.

In addition to her husband of the residence, survivors include two daughters Melissa Diane Framer (Tim), and Adrienne Celeste Tate; one brother James W. Thompson; brother-in-law Philip Franks; two grandchildren Christopher B. Chandler and Layne Stallings; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Virginia E. Franks; and one brother Joseph W. Thompson.

Services will be held at a later date. Online condolences are encouraged.
