Constance Delores (Waller) Petty

Constance Delores Petty, 85, of 893 Pine Street, Danville, Virginia passed away, Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Sovah Health Danville.

Born October 11, 1936, in Danville, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Haywood Waller and Marie Graves Waller. She was married to Charlie Petty Jr. who survives.

In addition to her husband Charlie Petty Jr of the residence, survivors include one daughter Florence Marie Jackson (Randy); four sons Martin Petty (Alice), Bryon Petty (Dyle), Charlie Petty III, and Lionell Petty; one sister Anita Cosby; grandchildren Chainse Petty, Myia Petty-Davis, Cameron Breedlove, Brandon Jeffries, Arteisha Jones, Augusta Farmer, Shanon James, Constance Petty, Micki Petty, O'Bryon Petty, Crystal Petty, and Corey James; a special grandchild Paul Herron; and a host of great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive visitors at the residence during the hours of 10 A.M- 1P.M. and 4P.M.-8P.M. only 

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 1 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Joan Tarpley-Robinson, Eulogist; Min. Tanja Staton, Presiding. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday October 4, 2022, from 5-7 P.M.
