Charlie Petty III affectionately known as “Chuck” of Danville, VA passed away at Lewis Gale Medical center in Salem, Va on Wednesday January 1, 2025.

Born June 16,1956 to his loving parents the late Charlie Petty Jr. and Constance Delores Waller Petty. He was married to Darlene Swann Petty who survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son Chainse Petty of Hope Mills, Nc and his daughter’s Micki Petty and Crystal Petty of Columbus, GA; his brothers Martin Petty (Alice) Bryon Petty (Dyle) and Lionel all of Danville and a sister Marie Jackson (Randy) of Nc and a host of other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday January 6,2025 at 4:30 P.M.

The family will be at the residence 893 Pine St in Danville, VA
