Charlie Junior Farmer

Pastor Charlie Junior Farmer, 75, of 127 Vaughn Street Eden, NC passed away Friday March 31, 2023, at Willow Valley Center for Nursing in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Born January 16, 1948, in Danville Virginia he was the son of the late Dewitt Farmer and Daisy Bell Cosby Farmer. He was married to the late Greta Hodnett Farmer.

Survivors include two daughters Cheryl Walters (Nathan) and Erica Lanier (Leo); one son Eric Farmer (Michelle); two sisters Shirley Ann Williamson (Melvin) and Sheila Rolle; three stepsons Ernest Price, Delano Price, and Jason Fortune; and a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents and wife he was predeceased by one son Michael Farmer; one sister Katherene "Lucy" Jones; and two brothers James Farmer and Wayne Farmer.

The family will receive visitors at the residence of his sister Sheila Rolle at 2 Garland Street Danville, VA.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 6, 2023, at 1PM at Pleasant Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Williamson, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Highland Burial Park.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 12PM at Pleasant Chapel Baptist Church.
