Aundrey Devon Kirby

Aundrey Devon Kirby, 49, of Danville Virginia passed away Tuesday January 20, 2026, at Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Aundrey Kirby was born on April 16, 1976, in South Boston, Virginia. He was raised by his beloved grandmother, Alice Kirby, who played a central role in shaping the man he became. Aundrey attended Job Corps, where he earned his GED and received training in welding. Known as a gentle giant with a good heart, Aundrey was a protector by nature and would give his last to help someone in need. He was a gifted artist who expressed himself through drawing and creativity. Aundrey also enjoyed Marvel and DC comics, wrestling, martial art movies, and taking peaceful walks through the woods.

In addition to his grandmother, Alice Kirby, he is survived by his brother, Damien Kirby; his sister, India Kirby; eight nephews; one niece; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Aundrey will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday 29, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at Wilson Funeral Services Chapel.
